Roasted Hake with caramelised Fennel, Pink fur Potatoes and Chorizo

Seared Rump of Organic Beef with Potato fondant, caramelised Shallots, Apple chutney & Locally picked Rocket Salad

We only use Organic, Free Range eggs and all of our Fruit and Veg is seasonal and certified Organic.
The Chicken is Free Range, Chocolate & Tea are Fairtrade.
